Step 3: Get another piece of paper and then write 10 things you would like to improve in your life.  Take the same next 7 days and go about consciously making an effort to make those improvements and see what happens.  You may be on to something… and guess what? You did it all… and the best part it was FREE!


Remember when you were young and adults told you that the best things in life are free? Well, it’s actually still true, as long as it’s authentic.  I mean genuine.  The reward and satisfaction that comes from improving ourselves only makes life challenges a little less challenging.


So my friend, I encourage you today to take a look in the mirror and smile.  Recognize that familiar face and body (no matter what size and shape it is) and marvel at the wonderment from which you were created.
